Still learning her supernatural powers, gifted CPS agent, Amber, teams up with Det. Chuck Coleman to deliver justice to elementary school girls, regarding a predatory school bus driver.  Precious young Hannah is stuck in a corrupt foster care court system, but Amber has a rescue plan. Sutherland, the mysterious figure, keeps Amber under surveillance, but his attempts to intimidate her are thwarted.
